Great hoel in Banff
It’s a very nice, clean, and cozy hotel. My friends and I really enjoyed the time we spent there. They have very nice indoor poor and friendly service....great experience in this hotel.

Charming
The loft-suite was charming and updated. The loft was a little bit hot as other guests mentioned. My recommendation is to turn on the air conditioner all day even though you are not there. The room and bathrm are a lot bigger than Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and I could have saved a lot of money by staying whole time at Charlton’s instead of splitting between two hotels. I definitively stay at Charlton’s again.

Would stay again!
Very nice hotel. Pool area was well kept and nice. Room was neat, clean and updated. Very comfy. We had a/c but opened the windows. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and met my expectations. Would absolutely stay again! :) We loved the close, convenient parking and the easy access of this hotel. We had a room with mountain views... very nice on those clear days. Cannot go wrong here...
