Not bad, but not a luxury hotel, GREAT LOCATION, you get what you pay for!
I have been to Paris four times, and this hotel wasnt that bad. I will point out the pros and cons of each. We were two friends who were barely in the room other than to sleep and get some rest. Pros: Close to two metro stops, Pigalle and St. Georges Metro, one blue line, one green. close to Monoprix (supermarket), close to a ton of cafes, its near the red light district, but as a woman i felt very safe and not at all bothered by that. You dont even see it, they are in the bars. The location is great. The room was a pretty decent size (we had two twin beds), bathroom was a good size (for european standards). This is like a two start hotel in US standards. Cons: we were facing the street, it was very noisey, when we arrived from the US, we had to wait 8 hours to check in (check in was at two pm, we arrived at the hotel at 7am), this was frustrating as we were exhausted from the flight, construction/renovation started towards the end of our trip, the conceirge did speak some English. We were on a budget and I wouldnt stay here longer than five days. But for our trip it was ok. I have attached some pictures. Hope this helps.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The location is great. Two metro stops within two blocks of the hotel, Pigalle and St. Georges metro. dont stay on the street side of the hotel, very loud so you have to shut the windows. overall, it was a good place, but not for longer than a week. Remember, everything in Paris is small...small bed, small toilet, small shower, but hey, we were barely in the room, so it didnt really matter that much.

This hotel was horrible!
I and my wife booked this hotel for 3 nights. After a tiring ride with luggage from the Paris CDG airport on a hot July day, we checked into the room to find out that there was no A/C or fan. Our room was facing the street and we had to leave the windows open to get some air, so we ended up not getting any sleep because of the hot air and street noise. The hotel staff did not care since they had already got their money. This hotel is close to a red light area, so it was horrible to walk around the neighborhood.
Dont stay at this hotel!
