GREAT value for the money spent with free Airport and strip Shuttle!
The best part of the hotel is it allows me to check in at 9.30 AM since my arrival was early! What I wish they do is offer to help me with my suitcase since I am listed as a Disabled guest - and NOBODY did! Other than that, the hotel is very handy from everywhere! Hard Rock cafe is across the street, and a convenience store is a block away!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Take advantage of the Free Breakfast! Get supplies from convenience stores nearby! Take the courtesy shuttle, unless you are in a rush!

Will stay here again,
It was great to be in a quiet locaton only a couple blocks off the strip. The pool was cleen quiet and uncrowded. It is also handy to have a kitchenette, especially if you need a special diet, but bring cookware as none is provided.The staff was friendly and transportation is available to the strip/monorail station.Breakfast was simple but quite nice.

Decent, but not great
The room itself was not bad. The blackout curtains could have been much darker, but that’s a personal preference more than a complaint. My major issue was with the way the hotel handled an issue with my room key. I tried to enter my room late at night and my key did not work. I went to the desk, and they were quite friendly, until the clerk realized that the mistake was theirs, and not something I had done. Then the attitude completely changed, and I was simply given a new card. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. I work in customer service, and a simple apology can go a long way to soothing ruffled feathers. I was already annoyed to have to go to the desk in the first place, so a simple apology and explanation would have settled me down quickly. I tend not to return to places I feel neglected by, and this would be enough to prevent me from coming back...
