very disappointed - horrible smell
Rick the desk clerk was a positive assett to the hotel. When we signed in - they never told us what time breakfast was in the morning -- we called at 9:30 am after a late check in and it was over. Our room had this HORRIBLE smell. It was a musty, basement smell in our room. It was gross. I told the other desk clerk about it and she looked at me like I was crazy and noone has ever complained before. My husband never complains and he complained as well. A definate odor was in that room. They offered to move us to a diff room but we opted to leave after that. We ended up going down the road to the Comfort Inn and their rooms were awesome. They were clean and smelled clean. We will be staying there next time. Cheaper and smells nicer.
if you go to hershey don’t wait to go to Dunkin Donuts inside the park -- hit the one right across the street by wendy’s -- they are much cheaper!

Great Hotel, Great Price
Hotel was great, room was very clean though the maintenance work did show in the shower. The free breakfast could be an hour or two longer for those that like to sleep in but the food was good. The hours for the pool seem short when you plan to be out of the hotel all day and come back around 10:30 at night and feel like swimming. Staff was friendly, though the one front desk worker did not know which Pizza Hut places deliver and was not very helpful in that aspect. Enjoyed my stay throughly.
