really clean
i loved my room and the full breakfast they serve (not included) is very well presented. all staff were extremely gracious

would definitely go back
we had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. the gentleman that helped me check in was very courteous and offered lots of help as far as where to eat and what to do around town. can’t complain about a single thing. while the room was cleaned, the tv was moved and something to do w/the remote was disconnected and when we called the front desk to let them know what had happened, we had someone at our room within 5 minutes to fix and the issue was resolved in less than a few minutes. next time we’re in waltham, this is definitely the place where we’ll be staying.

Good value for this class hotel
The right trade-off for money and what you get. Very convenient to I95 but the highway noise was too little to bother me. I would book it again.
Traveler's tip on dining
The restaurant Naked Fish is just down Totten Pond Road (0.2 miles) and I think beats the local favorite Legal Seafood.
