Great place to stay
Staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean, close to the freeway system, and comfortable.

A great hotel
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The owner made waffels for us in the morning and the breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

Was OK
The hotel staff was very friendly however the rooms could use some work. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would not choose to go back.

Great Service
The hotel was inexpensive and in what seemed like a safe neighborhood. I had a little trouble finding it, but called the hotel and they spent the time to find out where I was and give me great directions to the hotel. The service at the front desk was super and they seemed to care. The breakfast was pretty good and well serviced. I would definately stay again if in the area.

Best for the money!
For the price, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was wonderful. Very comfortable. Will definately stay again.

Simple hotel with EXCELLENT service and staff
Very often we book a three-star plus hotel, but occasionally for a quick one night stay we book a two-star hotel. Two-star hotels can be a nightmare as the quality, cleanliness and service varies greatly. I spent more than two hours researching and reading reviews before selecting this Days Inn. It was well worth the trouble. The room was clean and orderly, had four pillows on each bed and included a refrigerator and microwave. All the staff that greeted us at the counter were friendly and helpful. The owner was cooking waffles for the guests during the continental breakfast hours. When we were leaving, the maid in the hall asked us if our stay was comfortable. We’d definitely recommend this hotel. Check it out for yourself.

Great Service
You cannot beat the service. These people really care and it shows. When I got in my rental car, I turned on the GPS and searched for Days Inn. I couldnt determine which of the three was the Battlefield property, so I called the first one on the list. The person who answered seemed put out and was less than hospitable. Boy was I glad when I found out that he was not at the hotel where my reservation was. When I called the right Hotel, I was greeted by a very warm and caring individual who made sure i knew how to get there. From the moment of the first call until the last moment of my stay, everyone at the hotel was great. I have never had such a nice greeting from a maid, not even at five star hotels. If you want great family style service, this is the place for you.

Great Place to Stay...
This hotel was very clean and friendly. I’m very impressed that they are also pet friendly. Would be a very economic and smart choice if you are needing a hotel in he Springfield area. It’s also close to everything so it helps when you don’t know the area very well. Stay here. You won’t be disapointed.

Not bad at all
As far as staying in hotels go, it was very comfortable. A lot of things close by. It is a non-smoking property, so be aware.

A great and comfortable place to stay!!
From the night clerk, Nick at night, to the owner who made us waffles during the continental breatfast the next morning, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Anything we requested, we received. They staff were extremely accommodating and very courteous. They fostered a fresh, home-like atmosphere that made everyone at ease with everyone else. All the guests were even friendly with each other at breakfast because of the way the owner was so easy going, friendly and conversant. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay.

Will stay here everytime we are in Sprinfield
This hotel is in a very nice area of town and was by far the cleanest looking of the hotels we could see. The hotel is owned by a very nice American Family that made you feel Welcome. The Pet Friendly policy was just the icing on the cake.

Very reasonably priced hotel
I was a little afraid, given the price and the current star rating, but everything was OK. It’s certainly not top-of-the-line, but for the price it is excellent and I had no complaints about the room or the service. I would definitely go back to the same hotel again.
