Fine for a night
The hotel was fine for us because we just needed a place to spend the night near the airport for a 6:30 A.M. departure. Since we had already several days in Venice, at the suggestion of the desk clerk, we headed to Verona. It was easy to get to the train station from the hotel and Verona was lovely!

very accessibilble for visitors to Venice
Hotel room was in great, newly remodeled condition - new tile, etc. Compact but Immaculate. Very friendly desk people, spoke English. Breakfast was beyond expectations! Easy access from Aiport with much luggage (taxi -E$25.) and another taxi when we headed for our ship-(E$30.) During Venice stay, took bus over bridge to canals, using same pass for bus and vaporettas (water buses). Easy even for us novices to Italy.

not impressed
The rooms where small., but clean. the carpets in the stairway had stains,they were not too clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. It was very convenient to Venice. The bus stop was right around the corner of the hotel.
