Extremely Dssatisfied
They had me in the lobby waiting for over an hour, even though i called and gave notice earlier of my arrival. The room was smelling of sweat and smoke even though i requested a non smoking room. Upon request they told me they were fully booked and could not accept any room change requests. I couldn’t bear the stench coming from the towels they smelled like they were never washed. The TV or Air condition didn’t work. And after tolerating this i had to wait over three hours for a cup of ice... They do not have ice or vending machines on the floors, just in the kitchen. I would never go back, and i would never recommend this place to anyone!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
get a map and map out wher u want to go and the most economical route the taxi drivers take advantage of those who do not know the roads and the times that the bridges in dubai close. if you are going after sep, 09, 2009 use the metro as much as u can

Avoid or will be sorry
Algae/fungi in the shower. Bad front desk service. Worst Receptionist ever, they do not know the meaning of hospitality. They fought with 5 customers in 1 hour, always blamed the booking agency. Manager nowhere to be found. Better and cheaper hotel next door. Bar on 1st floor, loud music from 9.45 pm to 3.30am, will not be able to sleep.
