Great Hotel for a mix of buisness and leisure
This was a practical and well located hotel in Springfield. I was taking my son up to boarding school in Hardwick Mass, and the hotel was perfect for this purpose. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room was nice and clean and comfortable. I will be returning to the hotel when I go up to visit my son.

Clean, comfortable, and nice.
This hotel was more than I expected. Super clean rooms, the staff was polite and very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great. Everything about the place made you feel comfortable.

Good budget hotel
This is a good, solid, inexpensive hotel. The biggest drawback is the breakfast - needs a LOT of help - but otherwise it is a good place to stay when you are in Springfield and are on a budget.
