Worst hotel
We were excited about coming to Ibiza and staying in an all-inclusive "four star" hotel. One star is more like it. No one to help with the bags, no room service, no mini-bar or fridge, if you wanted a ironing board, hairdryer, or other basic things you had to rent them at an extra charge and other things that should be standard for a four star hotel. There were four of us, staying in two rooms. Every aspect of this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms smelled like smoke and mold, the air-conditioner was loud, leaked, and barely worked. We switched rooms and found this a problem in the other rooms. Uncomfortable beds and smelly sheets that were never changed during our 5 night stay. The "cable" TV gets only four channels and none clearly. The food was terrible, essentially it was serving pans full of slop hardened by overcooking and heat lamps. Its what I imagine prison food to be like and with only one restaurant to choose from we found ourselves eating at other places after our stomachs couldn’t handle it anymore. The icing on the cake is that the hotel is next door to a rooster farm (no joke), that is was so loud that it woke us up every morning around sunrise and continued till sundown. Don’t waste your money here! You could get a better hotel for a lot cheaper closer to town.

Not a 4 star hotel, honestly 1....2 max
Completely disatisfied with this hotel, DOES NOT DESERVE FOUR STARS!! No manager on duty, very rude staff, the food was terrible and the location is bordeline dangerous! Don’t waste your money on the Nautilus. Checked out after first night (no refund) changed to Fiesta Hotel, a bonafide four star resort and less expensive!

Hotel from Hell
I would stay away from this hotel. Its was not only smelling filthy; but the bed and sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and although it was an all inclusive hotel, I felt unsafe eating there. You could smell the sewer stench when you went outside and during the rain, the entire street flooded upto 1 feet of water and it was disgusting. The hotel has a very poor TV signal which worked only ocassionally for english channels. There were no toileteries in the room either. Basically it ruined our trip.

Stay in West end area or stay in Ibiza rather than San Anotnio.
