Sheet had bloodstain on it one night and wake-up calls did not happen.
Room was hot. Staff said yes to everything, but did not do what they said yes to - wake-up call, request to have room cleaned, etc. One of the times when the bed was changed the sheets had a blood stain on them. The hotel was not close to town or to the tram station. Many bus tours stayed at the hotel and teenagers and college students ran and hollered down the hallway until midnight. The breakfast was basic fare and the same everyday, which got old. Walking to the tram everyday and the trip in to town, cut out a lot of time we could have enjoyed.
