Not 100% but very good.+
Nice motel, with good amenities and breakfast. Only complaint was noisy bathroom fan - surprising for a hotel that is otherwise very well-maintained. I mentioned this to the desk, but there was no evidence that anyone ever came to look at it. This is primarily a business motel, so I got a good deal for a weekend stay - definitely excellent value. Not sure it’s worth the higher price on weekday.

quiet, relaxing, friendly
everyone made us feel welcome and special, the hotel was clean and quiet, the pool area was wonderful, and breakfast a pleasure...very very nice
