Nice hotel Near the downtown and little India
Except for one little complaint that the air conditioning was turned on too high whenever we left the room and came in , this hotel had everything else correct. There is a 7-11 store right in front of the hotel where we could buy milk and baby food. Even the room service was good and not very costly.

This place is a short distance from Little India which has a lot of good inexpensive Indian restaurants.

not impressed at all
The Hotel is very old and not well maintained. The service overall is very poor. Not all but most of the staff is quite unfriendly. Instead of seven days we have booked and prepaid the hotel (club floor) we left after 5 days. The lounge in the Club floor (18th floor is quite ok and there the staff is friendly and attendetive. The main restaurant is a desaster and very bad managed. Overall we cannot recommend this Hotel at all.
