It was too Short period time for me to write full review, but the service was very professional and the staff were very nice. And it was a very nice and comfortable bed after long drive.hehe,

Exactly what I expect from a Shearton.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the satff was very pleasant and helpful. My only compaint was that the gift shop was not open during it’s posted hours on either day of my stay. SInce there were no drugstores or convenience stores nearby, this was a tad frustrating. But everything else was very nice.

The location was excellent but the staff was unprepared for our arrival and sent us to a room with people in and and the other was dirty from someone that had smoked inside of it.

More Buck than the Bang!

The room was a little on the small size for my family. The beds were very plush, but were full size instead of queens. The pool was disappointing, not really the fact that it was small and on the inside, but that it was only 3.5 feet at the deepest end! Maybe to avoid having a life guard. The staff manning the conceirge desk were trained sales women! They wait for you to look at the nice color brochures and then they try to get you to attend a 2 hour timeshare type presentation in exchange a super deal on an attraction that would normally be 5 times more. And it was hard to get away from them, I can imagine how it would be at the presentation! In the front lobby of the hotel! There was only one person working behind the check in counter, who lacked customer service skills. I had to get my own cart out of the storage space near the elevators and load all my luggage. No one was in the lobby to assist beyond the time share people behind the conceirge booth. (And this is 4 Star?) No complimentary breakfast! The nicest, most customer service driven people in the entire hotel were the cleaning maids who take care of the rooms! Had to pay for parking in a separate parking garage. The family was always waiting and waiting for me to go get the car! So to sum it all up. Not a bad place to stay, rooms were clean thanks to those nice customer service driven cleaning ladies on the 12th floor, bed and pillows were very soft and comfee. But it’s was definitely more bucks than the bang!

Good Hotel for a Good Price

I was able to get a good deal on a room for the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The beds are amazing-very plush. The only cons of this hotel is the parking deck is located separately and the swimming pool is indoors. The beach is less than a mile away, but I would advise to drive and park there ($6 for all day)

I would check out Broadway at the Beach..there are a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars/clubs in that plaza.

The room was awesome and the view of the beach was gorgeous!

I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return myself as soon as it is feasible! Walking distance to everything.

Best Experience

We booked this room because we got married in Myrtle Beach and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that there were dogs everywhere, but besides that it was a delight to stay there.

Exceeded My Expectations

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sheraton for the price. Great value, great view, great food and service. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I would recommend the Sheraton to others.

This hotel was amazing! Just 1/2 a mile from the beach and broadway, great location! The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

nice bed.......

This hotel is centrally located in Myrtle Beach, has fairly good security and nice beds. Well thats it for anything positive I have to say for this hotel. This is the first Sheraton I’ve stayed in and probably the last. No free breakfast, parking was not convenient, and the so called free internet was only available in the lobby, $9.99 a day in the room. There was a bottle of water in the room fridge good thing I checked first was $3.00 If I would have drank it. The staff was friendly and helpful which made the stay a little nicer but for the overall cost and lack of services it was not worth it. Embassy Suites will always get my business in the future.

Great Hotel

The hotel stay was great. Checking-in was a breeze, no lines or wait. The room was comfortable and the pillowtop mattress was extra cozy. Will recommend it to anyone in the area. It was centrally located and around many restaurants, attractions, etc.

Even better than we expected

Looking through the pictures of the Sheraton online, we knew that the hotel would be nice. However, for the price we got it for, we were shocked to find that the hotel itself lived up to every picture they show on their website! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though our view was not a beautiful one (we basically overlooked the other half of the conference center), so if we had it to do over again, we might as for a ocean side view. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away and you do have to cross one busy highway, but it was not a bad walk at all! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Will Stay There Again

Enjoyed the stay while there for event held at Convention Center-so very convenient. It was usually 2-3:00 p.m. before room was cleaned each day, which was inconvenient when we were there between conference sessions.

Able to walk to eating places outside hotel. Received assistance in purshasing ticket to area entertainment. Provided on-site free parking.

TV problems

I had an issue with my television and I made the front desk aware of the situation. I was informed the problem would be addressed. The problem persisted for a day and a half. The hotel never came to check on the TV at all. I was more than a little upset, with their failure to address my problem.

The shopping was excellent. I suggest visiting the Tanger Outlets.

Great bed

The bed was probably one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Hotel staff very helpful. I really liked the location we were close to everything.

Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from Broadway at the Beach and the coastline. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!!

Tanger Outlets are a must! Broadway at the Beach had terrific souveniers.

Great Hotel

The fact that it was off-season had it’s ups and downs. The downs were that it was very quiet and the coffee house was not open. The ups were that my wife and I shared the pool to ourselves which was nice and all the amenities were available all the time. Looking forward to go back. The service was great and friendly.

It’s definitely more catered to the business traveler rather than family.

Not great for off season

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for the weekend the weekend after Christmas. I was very disappointed with a couple things. There are signs all over the hotel advertising their Coffee & Cream stand which serves Starbucks. The first morning I walked down to get a cup of coffee and waited for about 20 minutes to be helped. After asking someone in hotel security, I was told I had to go into the hotel restaurant to get coffee. Of course, the restaurant did not serve Starbucks and the woman that was supposed to help me was quite rude. Our first night we decided to stay at the hotel and eat at the restaurant because we were expecting other people later on. We walked down to the restaurant only to find out that the restaurant was closed (for no apparent reason because it was a Friday night around 7:30 p.m.). This seemed like a very nice hotel (clean rooms, nice indoor pool), but I do not recommend it for the off season.

This is a first-rate hotel!

The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel was even nicer than we expected. The hotel is beautiful and in a location that is very convenient to everything we wanted to see. Although our cost was modest through Expedia, the room was plush, comfortable, totally clean, and worth much more than we paid. The hotel is not located on the beach, but we had a great view of the ocean from our hotel window. I definitely recommend this first-rate hotel to anyone who’s traveling to the Myrtle Beach, SC, area.

Very nice!

I really enjoyed my stay... the rooms were very very nice don’t get me wrong just the only thing was i had got the club suite and really don’t waste your money on it... its the same size as a reg. room and doesn’t come with anything special, other then its top floor. Other then that it was a very nice hotel.

Pricey, but worth it

This hotel is conveniently located between the beach and "Broadway at the Beach". Both are within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Good vacation

Hotel was clean and great staff. I would stay on the beach the next time I go back.
