Clean, centrally located
If you have to be in Cumming, this is a good place to stay. Lots of things are within walking distance. Hotel is very basic but the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

You get what you pay for
As far as cheep places it was ok. The things you should know, there is no daily maid service. For the four days we were there we had 2 bath towels, to get new ones you had to pay, or wash them yourself. They don’t give complimentary shampoo, soap unless you ask for it. The walls are very thin, we could hear the alarm go off in the room next to us, and one night I even heard a guy cough. If you need a cheep place to stay for one night as you drive through town then it is ok, for an extended stay I wouldn’t go back.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a great restaurant about 2 doors down called Summits, it has over 200 beers on tap and the Burgers were amazing. I had a blue cheese burger, I would definately go back for.

You get what you pay for......
Smallish room, but clean. Bed springs popped sometimes when we moved on it-felt like an older bed. Appreciated the kitchenette. No little extras like coffee fixin’s for the coffeemaker, shampoo, etc., but did have basic kitchen dishes for two. Had to get the hairdryer from the front office. Price of room was adequate for what we got. Functional but not luxurious. Near many stores.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We bought coffee fixin’s from nearby Publix. Restaurants and other shopping were nearby. Kitchenette would fill basic needs for a longer stay.
