Not great
Hotel was clean, but the room was small - even by European standards. The windows were soundproof, which was great as Naples could be noisy. The hotel wasn’t located in a great part of town but we were only in Naples one night before we continued our travels, so it wasn’t a big deal. This is an average hotel for the price. It’s fine as long as you’re looking only for a place to put your head and not much else.

Don’t Rely on the Wake-Up Call
The hotel is clean enough, and central to Naples train station to make it a good choice if you need to get out of Naples the next day, but don’t rely on their wake-up call. We asked for a 5am wake up call to make an early morning train. I woke up at 5:40 - the call hadn’t come! When we checked out, they said the call had been made - no way! The area around the hotel is not clean and not attractive at all, although the hotel itself is clean. The price is also good for an Italian city.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The Circumvesuvius train to Pompeii can be reached by going to the main train station and following the signs. Pompeii is a 40 minute E2.40 ride, but keep an eye out for the train station!
