I would go back
Rooms were large and nicely furnished, breakfast was hugh, manager and staff friendly and helpful. View from our room was perfect.
Fall is beautiful.

great place
Our party of ten greatly enjoyed the comforts of Ocean’s Gate complex. The modest rooms were well maintained and moderately priced. We enjoyed the scenery and complimentary breakfasts. Boothbay Harbor is just two miles up the road. We’ll be coming back!!

Don’t forget the LL Bean headquarters is about an hour away in Freeport.

Beautiful view
The setting is fabulous, if a bit hard to find. The hotel rooms are small and dark, but the view is worth it. We were there in fall so didn’t do any of the water sports. Breakfast was very good with great service.
