Not Impressed
The hotel room I had was the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. It was much smaller than my college dorm room. There was barely room for my suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is even smaller. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it and no human being could possibly even turn around in the shower. There is no elevator and the stairs are very rickety. The only saving grace for this hotel was that the staff allowed me to call the states from their phone when I had a problem with my debit card (my bill was already paid through Expedia so they had no motive). Beyond that, if you can afford to stay anywhere else, do it.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Take the underground. It is the easiest and least expensive way to travel. You can get a day pass for all zones for a small amount so you dont have to worry about where you are traveling to.

Not all it was cracked up to be.
I was disappointed with the hotel. The images on the web site looked nothing like the room I stayed in. There was no phone, clock that you would find in a typical hotel room. This felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. The staff that I met were friendly and helpful. Very close to Victoria station, about a three min walk, which made it very accessable to all city points. All in all if your looking for a place to just lay your head while your out and about the rest of the time then this is for you. If not look elsewhere.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Buy a travel card. Your so close to Victoria station you can get to most places in the city very quickly and the card makes it very easy to do this while saving on the fairs . This card can be used on tube, bus, and rail tickets for the zones you buy it for. This means ride all day for one price.

Not impressed
The best thing of the hotel is its location, near Victoria Station, Victoria UnderGround Line, and Victoria Coach Station. Easy to reach every place. But... the room was dirty, Ive to struggle to get a soap, neither the TV nor the hair dryer worked during my 5-day stay. Breakfast was really basic. I definitely would try other options before getting back to this hotel.
