Main dining room is always full booked.
During my 4 day stay, I could not make a reservetion before 8 pm at main dinning room. There were too many "tour" guests, and maybe it makes difficult for individual customer to make reservasion. Also, there is no contact email on the web or hotel statement, I could not find out the way to contact from Japan to ask them if I left my accessary in my room. One additional thing is, there was a mouse in the room.

Hotel with a view
The view from the lobby is astonishing. The food is superb. We stayed in the cottages, which have no view, so we had to make a short, brisk walk outside to reach the hotel lobby and enjoy the view from the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, but walls are thin. Fortunately they don’t have televisions in the rooms and I had brought ear plugs to block out the sound of the guy snoring in the next room.

Loved it!
This hotel was perfect. We camped a few nights in Yellowstone and then arrived at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The location is unbeatable, we had the best views of moose and elk in the willow flats below the lodge. Watching the sunrise and sunset off the balcony of the lodge is heaven! The cottage rooms are nice, nothing super extravagant, but they are well appointed. Can’t wait to go back!
