Special Check-In Instructions
Guests staying at Bronze Tree must check in at the Torian Plum, located at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive (See the Location & Map page for driving directions). The front desk is open 24 hours during the Winter Season (11/26-4/13), and from 8 AM to 9 PM weekdays and from 8 AM until midnight on weekends during the Summer Season(5/23-9/21). For all other dates, the check-in desk is open from 8 AM to 6 PM. There is a phone outside of the entrance that will ring security to assist guests with after-hours check-in.
Sports teams are not permitted.
