location, location, location
We stayed at the Fulton Lane Inn because of its location and we were not disappointed. From the Inn you can walk anywhere in downtown – the Battery, the Market, Rainbow Row, you name it. The Inn offered an evening wine and cheese tasting next door at the Kings Courtyard. It was very nice. The room was average. The décor was average. There were two double beds in the room. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and that was a nice treat. Would we stay there again? You bet, you simply can’t beat the location!

Would come again
Found it to be in the best location, between attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Never had to take the car once. Also found the staff very accommodating to a first time visitor. Would stay here again. Great value for downtown Charleston!
Loved taking the fall candlelight tour which included a tour of homes in the Queens district. Great way to see where and how "real" people live in historic Charleston today as well as support the Charleston Preservation Society. Didnt need to do the Plantation on our first trip. Wish we would have stayed in town and visited more of the city and saved our money to eat out.
