Biggest Dump in the Finger Lakes Wine Region
The hotel was a complete dump. It was very, very old, the carpets were disgusting, the towels were rigid, the TV could not have been older, and the bed sheets were just plain untrustworthy (we slept in our clothes). It would be one thing if this room cost had $10 or $20 less than it did, then I would be able to justify its shortcomings. Luckily, this room was meant just for a night’s sleep before an early checkout, but it was still a surprising disappointment.

Not Impressed.
We were greeted by a friendly hotel clerk. When we got to the building that the room was in, we found that it was under renervation. When we got to the assigned room, we found that it had not been cleaned. When we brought this to the clerk’s attention, she gave us a different room in the same building. This room was clean and comfortable. There was no elevator to the third floor.
