Great location with friendly service
I had read only good reviews of hotel before booking and our stay proved them exactly right. The hotel is small, room size is average, but furnished very comfortably. All hotel personnel my husband and I encountered were attentive and very helpful, especially with all the directions we needed. The location was the best, right across the street from the Farmers Market. Museum Row/ Wilshire Blvd. is just a short walk, and CBS Studios, where Price Is Right is filmed is just across the street. We ate once at Tart, their restaurant located on the property and with the good food, open air seating and great weather, it was a choice first impression. We had several tours planned, and it seemed all agents were familiar with Farmers Daughter, and it was very convenient for pickup and dropoff. We only stayed three days, but with the good experiences we had we are planning on staying longer and bringing a grandchild next time!
No need to go farther than across the street, with the Grove and Farmers Market any shoppin or dining choice is surely there.

Great - as always.
I love this hotel - this was my second stay at the Farmers Daughter. This was my 10th trip to LA and this is the only hotel Ive stayed at more than once. Its location cant be beat and its quirky style is a very refreshing find in LA. The restaurant, Tart, is also very good but apart from that you have all the restaurants at the Grove and surrounding areas to choose from as well. Ill be back next year for sure!

An excellent place to stay
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location was awesome, the rooms were clean, there was a computer with internet in the lobby and you can rent free DVDs at the reception. The staff was exceedingly helpful regarding any questions we had. My only complaint was the noise coming from the street and when the neighboring room would turn on their shower. Other than not being able to sleep in, the hotel was absolutely perfect.
