Just wonderful
I loved this bed and breakfast. There was so much charm and beauty. The owner was great! He accomidated an early check in for me and even an early breakfast before my interview. The food was great and the room was comfortable. The owner also provided some excelent recomendations for dinner and sight seeing. It was my first trip to this area, and I feel like I got a real experience of true southern hospitality because I stayed here. I would love to go back.

The best bed and breakfast in the South, charming, Romantic,
If you are ever in the Tallahassee do not miss the opportunity to visit this wonderful place. The rooms are beautiful, the Innkeeper is entertaining and knowledgeable about the area and it’s history, and the Breakfast was incredible.It is onlt 20 minutes from th Univesity and Capital and well worth the drive. We can not wait to go back.

Do not miss driving aroung the historic district. Also the old capital, the new capital building especially the 28th floor observation level

Home away from home
I was traveling from south florida to the Destin area and stayed overnight at The Allison House. It was such a refreshing and charming change from the usual hotel. Stuart was friendly and the homemade biscotti was delicious! I will be making this trip a few times each year and will make The Allison House my regular "stop-over" place.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Although I did not have the time to stay and check out this quaint and historic town, I think it would be well worth one’s time to take the afternoon and browse through the many antique and "old-time, Mom&Pop shoppes".
