Definitely going back!
The 2 hour sketchy drive from the airport was well worth it! Couples Tower Isle was absolutely gorgeous, pristine, modern, and fun. The staff was extremely accomodating, "Yeah Mon" and friendly. All-inclusive is the way to go. The food and drinks were fabulous. If you’re going to "party like a rock star" this isn’t for you but if you want to meet some fun people, dance a bit, relax, enjoy some sailing, and have romantic evenings this is for you. My only complaints would be the snorkeling (it’s been snorkeled out), and there’s no long walks on the beach- it’s isolated so you also don’t get solicited. I absolutely recommend this trip!

Everybody should go to Jamaica!
We went to Couples Ocho Rios on our honeymoon and it was just a dream come true. All of the staff was so so friendly--they remember every guest by name! Also, it didn’t seem one bit crowded and so it was easier to just relax and enjoy. There are so many activities available, though, so ya can’t be too lazy!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Dunn’s River Falls Tour--expect to see a little market and be ready to either buy something or say NO a lot. They didn’t really warn us that there would be so many people selling things there.

Nice place to take a break
Despite an initial disapoint (at the airport the cuoples office is significatively inferior to the other resorts of the area), the hotel was nice and the service was good. We stayed for three days and the weather wasnt the best, but we rested a lot. We could not do scuba diving (one of the things we were trully expecting to do) because the course was full for that wekend.

Do not miss the excursion to Dunns river falls. The best part of the trip, by far.
