Ok rates but not well maintained.
Location is good, slightly below average rooms. Help was very pleasant. Exhaust fan in bath not working, door knob handle broken....had trouble opening door.

Will never stay there again!!!
The rooms smell, the bathroom was dirty, the continental breakfast was anything but continental. I got there late so there was no parking on the side of the hotel. I had to park in the back were it was very dark because of the poor lighting. The smell in the room was horrible. I have stayed at comfort inns before and have enjoyed my stay. This one is definitely not up to par. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location... close to Sesame Place, shopping and restaurants... would be great if it got more attention from management!!!
