Mandatory hotel parking
Be prepared to use the valet parking service for a large fee per day. There’s garage parking nearby but they’re all taken up by the nightclubs and stores which surround the hotel. If you park overnight in these garages, be prepared to get a parking ticket and/or your car booted or towed.
A nice breakfast is included in your daily hotel rate. It’s not quite a full breakfast but it’s much more than a continental.

Lacking Customer Service
The hotel is beautiful but I would not give it five stars based on it’s poor customer service. The staff was not helpful when asked about tourist shuttles or souvenirs. When I asked if I could reserve the room adjacent to mine for a "good deal" I was told that someone would get back to me. Never happened. I asked for a crib and was given a pack n play. The list goes on really. I felt like the staff was rude and lazy.

Nice place to stay if you want downtown type action
We enjoyed the Valencia. It is beautifully appointed. What we appreciated most however was that the staff did what they said they would do. There was a very loud wedding going on & we assumed we’d be kept awake half the night but, true to their word, the staff had all the partiers out by 10PM. Great location for shopping & night life.
