every thing we expected
good location for all of that part of italy ice machine down 1 day no big thing staff very friendly they did a good job

Not Impressed
My family and I recently visited Pisa and stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was not comforting at all. The hotel is not close to the Leaning tower (6 miles or more) and it’s stuck in the 80’s style. I would not recommend this hotel as we had to exchange rooms at 1am due to a cleaniness issue. This hotel is not a 4 star more like a 1 star. Bring your laptop for internet access.
I would recommend hotels that are 5 star and up. This hotel was rated a 4 star and I would rate it a 1 star.
