For the Family
We arrived to chaos in the lobby. People waiting for the correct keys to their rooms, for the hotel staff to find their reservation and for the hotel staff to find guests’ passports that were missing. Once we did receive our keys and climbed to our room we found it clean and we had a view of the water. The beach area was very nice although we had to pay for chairs, when we had already paid so much for the room?? The free dinner was nice, a little annoying with the children’s entertainment right beside us. Twice we asked for a wake up call and both times, it never came. We asked for the time and no one could tell us. We do not have children and this is definitely a family location. The service could have been much better.
