This hotel is misrepresented on Expedia.
Signed up for 2 Double Beds - Actually had 1 Queen bed and a Trundle Bed, which was very uncomfortable. Door to room did not close properly. Hinges loose due to cracks in wood frame. Poor Lighting. Poor TV (13") that did not function properly. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Not Impressed.
Although the room had a microwave and fridge there was no coffee maker so you had to walk to the office to get coffee which was not available until 7:30 a.m. The owner was not seen again after check-in and not welcoming at all. Rooms were clean enough but bathroom was Tiny, bed linens were not changed daily, nor was the bed made up. We did have fresh towels daily and plenty of them. Rooms were decorated with mostly garage sale items and not attractive at all. Would not stay there again.

Good for small, young families
Everything is small, beds, room, porches, parking spaces. Ok if you are a small people with a small vehicle. Loved the muffins in the mornings (fresh-baked!). They were small, but delicious. Great for Weight Watchers. Great setting for biking to a quiet beach, back roads. 10 minutes to Dock Square and great shopping and dining. Nice little courtyard with outdoor pool. Great for parents with young children.
