Bad Maintenance
the hotel turn off the airconditioning of the public areas mainly at floor five the smell of the food is in all the lobby and entrance

Great Hotel, location, service and confort. Probably best Hotel in the Tampico. I highly recommend it. Book it with expedia, cheaper!

Costumer service was great. It was great to have anyone answering the telephone for any question or need the 24 hrs.
