I would not stay again for half the rate.
The hotel lobby is nice but that was the best part of the hotel. The room was shabby needing updates and new furnishings/paint. Hotel staff was somewhat friendly but neglected to state that the restaurant would be closed over the holiday leaving us no choice but to walk 30 minutes or take a taxi at 10 euro each way to find meals. They also arbitrarily apply charges that we were forced to dispute at check-out. This is a no stay and live and learn experience.

Adequate, but a bit faded
We were not disappointed with our balcony room with view over Toulon. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient. It was good value for the price, but the hotel itself has seen better days and the common areas looked sadly neglected. Parking good which is rare in Europe.
