Hotel Nice, Shuttle Joke
Shuttle service to airport touted as one of the best, supposedly runs every 30 min. Got me to the airport, no problem. When it came to picking me up from the airport on my return trip, it was literally a joke. Called them as soon as I arrived to baggage area and they gave me directions as to where to meet the shuttle. Go out door number 511 and wait on the 3rd island, which is exactly what I did after getting my single checked bag, which was one of the first to come out. About 15 min later I see an embassy suites shuttle driving right on past in the fast lane, not in the lane to pull up to the islands and just kept on going despite my waving and whistling. It was van 3. I patiently waited for another 30 min and still no shuttle van. I walked all the way back inside the airport with my checked bag and 2 carry ons in tow. Walked all the way back down to the phone bank and called embassy suites again. They advised another van would arrive within about 5 min. I walked back out door 511 went to the 3rd island and waited again. It was approx 20 more minutes until they showed up and guess what van it was.....yep, #3. We get back to the hotel and there in the parking lot sat their other 2 vans...#1 & #2 which apparently weren’t even being used. Not sure where the blame lies, but it was 1 1/2 hrs after my flight landed and me initially calling them that I finally got picked up.

Read the review. Hotel is very nice. Shuttle to and from DIA unreliable at best.

Although I cannot research the particular situation since I do not have arrival dates, I can assure you this is not indicative of the service usually provided by our hotel. i will certainly do my best to narrow down when this occurred and make the necessary adjustments. Great place to stay and close to the airport
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel with the exception that when we returned from our vacation we had booked a suite with two double beds and when we came in that night from the airport they only had a king size bed for us.
