Nice hotel, but a little far from town
The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and had good service. It is next door to a good pancake house and a really fun mini golf course. We didn’t use the pool, but it had a water slide that I think kids would enjoy.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you like to walk the strip in Gatlinburg you may want to drive down and park. There is a trolley stop, but it can be up to 40 min between stops. It is a LONG walk to the strip and, I think, unsafe if you have children with you.

Location, Location, Location
The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Gatlinburg right after Pigeon Forge. You can drive in the direction of either town and arrive within minutes to local area attractions and/or restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Ripley’s Davy Crockett Miniature Golf.

Nice pool/Loud AC
The only problem that we experienced with the hotel was that the AC/heating unit in the room was very noisy. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was convenient but I’ve had better. It was close enough to the heart of Gatlinburg without being in the hustle and bustle which we liked.
