great customer service
the staff was very friendly, they even printed me a map of a nearby bait shop (fishing acess across the street). The break fast and room was very nice. I look foward to my next stay.

not much to eat close by but the dinette and full size fridge was very handy

they ran out of coffee and did not refill the pot at breakfast. the hotel manger was not very helpful

On our permanent list
We travel through SFO frequently and occasionally arrive late enough so that an airporter hotel is just easier. Booked this place sight unseen on an Expedia special rate, and were delighted with our stay. Comfortable and well-appointed small suite, delightful desk staff and we were amazed at the quality and variety of the buffet full breakfast included in the reasonable room rate (no tired pre-packaged muffins or weak coffee being called a "continental breakfast"). Close to the airport and easy to find right off an exit if you’re driving; complimentary airport shuttle if not. We’ll definitely stay here again (and again)!
