Quaint, a little creepy, don’t be fooled by the pool
Chose the hillside because of its proximity to the Pocono playhouse where my fiancee was working. The place advertised indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was not turned on by the less-then-pleasant owner of the hotel. Granted, I think we were the only guests but this is one of the major reasons we stayed there.

Not upto the 3-star rating
Rooms were big, but that was it. Rooms smelled musty. Bedding looked old. 1-star at best. Did not check-in.

quite get away
This holel was very quite. the outside of the hotel was in need of repair, like paint and some other cosmetic stuff. The staff was responsive and polite. We enjoyed the two nights we were there, but I would rate it as a 3 star hotel at best due to the outside. Tim
