Great Location
We chose this hotel because of the location. We had an event planned at the Key arena. The accomidations were average but worth the price we paid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing lodging near the Key.

Inexpensive hotel that helps your trip expense
It was my boyfriend and my trip to Seattle for the first time. Service at the desk was very helpful in guiding us on how to get around especially through bus. Unfortunately they do not have wireless in the rooms, but there is a business center that you can check into (free and usually not busy) opened 24-hours and you can print what you need to. There is a convenient Starbucks attached to the hotel, but the downside of this hotel is that continental breakfast is not included. This hotel is not too far from the space needle, but it is around a 15 min walk to Pikes place market and further down for downtown attractions. Overall, we did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep, so it was a fair location for being able to get to everything we need to (food market, restaurants) within walking distance.

Nice, but not entirely convenient
The hotel is lovely and it does have a beautiful view of the hill and the harbor. I took points off the review b/c we ran out of hot water before the 2nd of us could shower. Small thing but my #1 favorite thing about being in the hotel is the nice, long shower. And, although the website said it was near Pike Market, its not really within easy walking distance. And its "near" Queen Annes (chi chi neighborhood with nice local dining), but near meaning "Up a mile-long, practically mile-high hill." So, thats something to keep in mind. But the price was great and the amenities much nicer than other hotels in that price range. Oh, and they have free parking, which is nice, but its hard to park anywhere else, so we avoided using the car as much as possible.
