Not impressed at all
This hotel needs some major updating. The pool, the hotel room and the entertainment area were not that great. The grounds were not nicely landscaped. Our room didn’t have the remote control to the tv and it took us three calls to the front desk to finally get it. It took them about 45 minutes to deliver our bags to the room as we waited, wanting to go in the pool. We couldn’t enjoy the resturants because you have to make reservations and they were already full. So we ate at the buffett, which was just ok. I would not recommend this hotel and I am not going back

Not Happy Customer
My husband and I selected this hotel for our honeymoon and were extremely dissappointed. The food at the main buffet restaurant was not good nor did it vary day to day. If you wanted to make a reservation in the a la carte restaurants, you had to it before you even arrived there at the hotel or pay the hostess under the table to get in. The staff was not very helpful and gave misleading information or none at all for important procedures of the hotel.

Great for those who want to just relax
Breezes Puerto Plata was quite nice. There’s a lot of space on the beach and at the pool. The food was above average for an all inclusive. The hotel is quite a distance from any area activities, so it’s best suited to those who just want to relax in the sun.
