Perfect Location
For a cheap, centrally located hotel for the activities we had planned, itwas perfect. The people were extrememly nice and even though some things weren’t awesome, it was satisfactory for what we paid! If you are spending a day at a game or Worlds of Fun like we were and are not planning on staying in your room, but for the night... it will be just right!
Downtown KC Live was a definate MUST SEE!!!

Rock hard bed
There are other Hotels nearby that will provide better accomodations. The room smelled like smoke even though I asked for a non smoking room. Hotel staff were very unpleasant.
