Not impressed
Our room was a non-smoking room that smelled like a nasty ash tray, don’t know if it was a smoking room at one time or the people before us were heavy smokers. The TV reception wasn’t very good on the low channels for cable, kinda snowy all the time for a flat screen.

to far from city
The hotel was beautiful adn very clean. I wish I could say that much for the staff. I didn’t realize how far away from the city it was. Over 45 min by taxi. No one at the hotel seemed to want to help me find out the best way to get into town without spending 70.00 each way. I ended up checking out after 1 night to stay closer to the city. If I had drove to Chicago it might have worked better but I would never stay this far away without a car.

Good value for money
Coming all the way from Jamaica, I am fully satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially people travelling from overseas. Friendly and reliable staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, free internet, free parking. Only downfall, its around 35 - 40 minutes away from downtown chicago, but if you have a car, you should be good. Would definetly come back !
