Really nice hotel
This hotel was really nice and the food was good. We only stayed one night since we were leaving to go back home the next morning. The only complaint I have is that it is located really far from the Limerick city centre, which is why we ended up eating at the hotel. It can be an expensive cab ride back and forth. We flew home out of Shannon and the cab ride to the airport was really expensive.

the view was horrible.
My room overlooked the roof so I got a first hand view of the air ducts. Plus, the spoon for the coffee cup still had coffee stains on it. Hot water was not hot enough. But the room service was great. I would highly recommend the clam chowder and the strawberry au gratin. Yum!

Close to the airport
The hotel is about 10 min from Shannon airport. Stayed there the night before we left Ireland. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and food in the bar was very good.
We had wanted to see Bunratty castle the day before we left but we got there too late. Double check the times they are open.
