Don’t Stay Here If You Can Afford To Stay Anywhere Else
After check-in, I discovered my room was left unsecured(the door was standing wide open). The room was not cleaned well and there were places that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When I went to use the restroom I discovered someone had used it(number 2) and not even flushed. It was disgusting.

Worst stay ever
When we arrived at the hotel, they said that the computers get wiped out after midnight, and that they could not honor our reservation. We were told that they only had one non-smoking room available, and two adults that were traveling with us had to take a smoking room. When we arrived in the only non-smoking room that was available, it was apparent that this room had not been cleaned. The beds had been made, but the sheets were dirty. The bedspreads were stained. There were half-empty two liter bottles of soda on the tables. There were dirty gloves on the dresser next to the television, and there was pizza on the floor. Used keycards were laying on the nightstand and there was trash on the floor. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, the best that they could offer us was to move us to a smoking room. We chose to ask for sheets and remade the beds ourselves, and threw away the trash. The following morning I complained to the manager on duty, first about the fact that our reservation was not honored, second about the condition of our room. He told us that they cannot guarantee that special requests for room reservations can be honored. About the cleanliness, he said that the computer says it was cleaned. There were other problems, such as the fact that the bathroom hit the toilette ever time it was closed. The lock on the main door was broken, and the remote control for the television did not work. The indoor pool was cold and smelled bad, according to my son.

Kinda’ Dumpy
The hotel isn’t in the best neighborhood. The Lobby, which doubled as the same room as the continental breakfast was cluttered and full of paperwork. The drapes were old and moth eaten. But the room was always clean, and smelled nice and smoke free.
