Great place to stay

The hotel is close to the underground which makes it easy to get around London. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. The only downside was that the business center was being rennovated during my stay so I had no internet. The wireless connection in my room had poor reception.

intersting hotel in London

in an interesting section of London K West hotel offers easy access to public transportation, a huge shopping center close by. rooms along the train tracks are a little noisy if windows are left opened. internet access ridiculously expensive...

K West K Wonderful

Yes, this hotel is new.But it was centrally located to the Underground and within walking distance of the Shepards Bush where we were going to see a concert..Stay their again Definitely..Staff helpful rooms clean and quiet, Spa on site to ease tired feet..Lovely

I have stayed in many hotels in London over the past few years and would say this is one of the best ones i’ve stayed in, the room was a decent size, clean and comfortable..came with a DVD player and Bose CD/Radio, the Shepards Bush tube station is nearby and if you are into shopping there is a huge mall within walking distance. The internet was a little expensive as were the vending machines but with lots of stores close by there is no need to use them..great for singles or young couples.

Expectations Exceeded

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and in fact extended it an additional night. The room was of sufficient size and the staff was helpful. The only negative was the train outside my window at night.

Great location--just across from the new Westfield Mall in Shepard’s Bush. Beautiful atmosphere. Nice room, but I wish that my room was actually ready the evening I arrived. I had to wait 25 minutes for them to clean after a 7 hour trip without any kind of apology.

I was a little unsure of what to expect when I booked the K West Hotel, but was overall pleasantly surprised. My initial impression , when checking in, was very lukewarm, I arrived at about 1PM and was made to sit in the lobby for 2 hours after a long flight because the room was not ready. Once I checked into the room, I was very impressed with the room, it was quite generous, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, as was the shower.The room had wireless internet access. The room was kept very clean, and the housekeeping staff was very courteous. Access into the major attractions in central London was very easy,the closest tube station was shut, but the nearest bus stop was only a 5-minute walk away. I stayed for 5 days, and had a very pleasant time. I thought that the hotel was very good value for money, if you did not mind being right in the center of London. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, althouh my only concern would be the wait before checking in. This can be very tedious especially after a long trans- atlantic flight.

Best kept secret in London

If you want to get out of the tourist areas (and who doesn’t) and see how the real Brits live, check out the K-West. The hotel is in great shape, has big rooms with awesome amenities, it’s close to the Tube, and a great spa to-boot. Best of all, the price is great. Definitely worth it on every level.

Nice hotel

K West was very nice and modern. The room was kept clean. It is a bit out of the way and in a lower income housing area. However, it is still a luxurious hotel and a 2 min walk to the central line connecting you to anywhere you would like to go. Great stay. The only problem I had with the hotel was there lack of picking up room service outside your door. We had food (so did other rooms) outside for over 24 hours.

Cool hotel, a bit out of the way

Cool boutique style hotel, in an unusual location (middle of some low cost housing) but only a block away from Sheperd’s Bush tube station. Often significant;y better value than other London Hotel’s &, if the location doesn’t bother you, a lot better value.

Not impressed

I was visiting London for a short trip and other hotels were all booked. I ended up with this hotel but was disappointed with the room and overall service. Room was really small, at an extremely noisy location and bed was uncomfortable. Hotel claimed to have internet connection but it didn’t work in the room. Won’t recommed it if other choices are available.
