Great place to stay.
We’ve visited Door County several times and the Scandinavian Lodge was by far our favorite hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in October so the gas fireplace was a wonderful addition. The view outside the windows was lovely, tree-filled and peaceful. The hotel was situated off the main highway so it was very easy to get around.

Great Winter Getaway
Very comfortable accommodations. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Convenient to some very nice restaurants.

Lots of fine dining opportunities in Sister Bay and other nearby towns, but make reservations in advance, especially in season.

Scandi stay
Front desk staff lacks personality! Room was nice but worn. Bed was saggy and in need of replacement. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling in a lot of places and sink had not been cleaned real well. Room was cozy with kitchenette and fireplace. Nice to relax in. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice, temp was perfect. For the off season price, it was a great deal. Hotel is updating so hopefully the flaws above will be soon rectified

The Mission Grille is my top choice! Ask for a table in the balcony.
