A good value for the area but problems outweigh.....
While the service was polite and friendly, we had multiple issues with running water, hot water, and elevators were broken. Would have paid a little more at somewhere else.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you wanna stay in an apartment on the cheap, here it is. But dont be surprised if you are taking a cold shower.
