Renaissance Chicago OHare
I stayed here for two nights. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two receptionists, both eager to help me check-in. They both literally typed in my information to see who could do it faster! It may have been because it was 9 pm, but after a 6 hour flight, a little levity was well welcomed. Both Giordanos and Ginos East were really close to the hotel, so our first meal in Chicago was some famous deep dish pizza! The receptionist recommended Giordanos and I found out its favored by the locals. The only gripe I would possibly have is that theres a $20 per night charge for parking thats not indicated in the reservation. The staff was awesome, the room was neat and clean, and our stay was perfect!

Good overall, restaurant just ok..
Very good hotel if you look how it is situated near O`hare. Rooms quite good sized, no minibar or flat screens but all and all comfortably. Service very good, asked 2 hours overstay, no problems with that. Restaurant is not that good, eat somewhere else.

Best hotel service ever!
I was so impressed to see the staff so friendly and surprised the quality of my for such a great bargain! I went to Chicago for a cousins wedding and it was me, my sister, my cousin and his wife. We booked the Romance package since it was the best deal and we thought free breakfast would be cool. They were kind enough to let us consolidate our breakfast passes so all four of us could eat the same day. The continentel breakfast was fresh and full of choices including an omelete bar! We were surprised to receive a bottle of complimentary champagne with chocolate dipped strawberries followed by another delivery of massage oils and chocolate! The room was clean and pretty spacious. Blue line (train) is less than a blocks walk and it does take some time to get to downtown (about 45 minutes). We all agreed that we had never had such great service from a hotel without feeling like we were paying for it. Thanks for a great trip!
