erratic services
First of all, the front desck receptionist was extremely rude, not knowing English very well and very cold. The room was rather small; I think they have different sizes. The one I got was small. The breakfast was expensive. The bath room floor has some marks, not really what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I think you maybe better off looking around on line using the Expedia service.

Great value for Money
Large rooms, clean, friendly staff, reasonable price - would stay there again anytime I’m in Shanghai.

Make sure to use only official taxis when arriving at the airport (the ones colored yellow, ligth blue or green, with the phone number of the company on the side doors)
