Not impressed
Hotel staff are not professional. They were sort of indifferent to guests checking in. The parking staff were sort of rude. Internet access is the most expensive one in all hotels in China. They cared more about night clubs (KTV), restaurants, and other sort of not-hotel services than the hotel service. Highly not recommended.

They do have KTV, Sana and other services that probably don’t belong to the hotel itself.
