Love it at Sirata
Just got back from another Birthday weekend at Sirata and it was wonderful! The staff and the rooms are great there, the view, the bars, the pools and the hammocks are just fantastic. If you really wanna get away and relax, this is the perfect place to do it.
The Hideaway Lounge across the street is cheap, good food and drinks, Say hi to Stacey the bartender.

Great Resort right on the Beach
The Sirata is great as long as you are in the main building (The Tower). Gulf front suites are great, the view at sunset is terrific. The facilities are maintained extremely well, clean and everything is good condition.
Try Sea Critters on Pass-A-Grill and the Salt Rock Grill in Indian Rocks. Both are outstanding.

good times
Hotel was fantastic for the price. Beautiful view of beach from room. Great bars both indoors and outdoors. One of the only drawbacks was the lack of availability of food past a certain hour (and no vending machines either for late nite munchies)! Also hair dryer kept popping out of outlet. And kinda pricey to rent cabanas, you would think they’d be free for hotel guests. Highly recommend lobby bar for the bartender, Linda, who was all around excellent. She was friendly, accomodating, informative, and made awesome drinks. Good lunch menu at the poolside bar. Both my friend and I would definitely stay here again next time we’re in St. Pete.
RENT A CAR! Taking cabs to downtown St. Pete, as well as to Tropicana Field got super pricey.
