Great room
The room was perfect for two adults and two teens. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The two negatives were the long wait for the elevators and the over crowded free breakfast at TGI Fridays. They were constantly running out of food and the lines were very long. We dont usually stay in that part of the city, but if we had to again, I would go back.

Good location and nice room
My family (3 adults,2 children) stayed at a suite which was very comfortable. The people at the reception desk were very helpful. I would go back to this hotel.

Both Impressed and Unimpressed!
The hotel suites are large and well maintained. The view of my hotel balcony was a beautiful fountain. The staff is very nice. Free drinks from 5-7 is a nice touch too! Taxis are readily available too. There are many rooms and floors in this hotel. That is great, except when you are waiting for one of 3 elevators. I would say, without exaggeration, to expect to wait at LEAST 10 minutes for an elevator on a busy day. My husband and I took the stairs to 6th floor WITH our luggage. My relatives were on the 10th floor. They were forced to take the stairs with an INFANT. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who cannot walk up and down a stairwell. The breakfast is in TGIFridays. Which is fantastic! However, this does not comfortably accommodate the amount of visitors in the hotel. Overall, the hotel is great, but isnt compatible for a large number of hotel guests. Oh, and our coffee maker had mold in it! this could happen anywhere though. They brought up a new one right away.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is valet parking at the Embassy. It is $34 for 24 hours. However, I noticed there is 24 hour self parking a block away for $28. They dont tell you this (of course) when you arrive. The valet is annoying for a variety of reasons. One is that you have to wait to be escorted to get something out of your car that you may need.
